1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "six6s," "we," "us," "our" refers to the six6s platform operated at https://six6s.cam and the legal entity that holds the applicable gaming licence under which the platform operates.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers for, or uses any service offered on the six6s platform.
• "Platform" refers to the six6s website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all games, betting markets, payment services, and account management tools available thereon.
• "Account" refers to the individual, registered user account opened by a person in accordance with the six6s registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to PKR funds deposited by the user into their six6s account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits granted by six6s subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real money stake placed by a user on a casino game, sports event, or other wagerable market on the six6s platform.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupee, the sole account currency used on the six6s platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the six6s Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and six6s with respect to your use of the platform.

Your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is indicated by any one of the following actions: completing the six6s registration process; making a deposit into your six6s account; placing a wager on the six6s platform; or continuing to use the platform after amendments to these Terms & Conditions have been communicated to you.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the six6s platform, including visitors who have not completed registration. Access to certain features — including depositing funds, placing bets, and accessing live casino products — requires a registered six6s account.

3 Eligibility

To open and maintain a six6s account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. six6s strictly enforces this age threshold across all platform products, including sports betting, casino, slots, and arcade games.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, syndicates, and automated agents are not permitted to hold six6s accounts.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by six6s or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using six6s.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of six6s or any of its third-party game providers where participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

4 Account Registration and Management

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one six6s account. The opening of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, six6s will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any bonus balances held therein.

When completing the six6s registration form, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a basis for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your six6s login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity that occurs under your six6s account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• Notifying six6s immediately via the support channel if you believe your account credentials have been compromised.
• Keeping your registered contact information, including your Pakistani mobile number, up to date within your account settings.

six6s implements SSL encryption across all login and account management sessions. However, security measures at the platform level do not discharge the user's independent obligation to protect their own credentials.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

The six6s platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to user transactions.

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, and selected Pakistani bank transfers including HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of the six6s platform at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account or mobile wallet registered in your own name. six6s does not accept third-party deposits.
• six6s reserves the right to reject deposits from payment sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• six6s may require completion of identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. This is a licensing requirement and not discretionary.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to review. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section.
• six6s reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending investigation of potentially fraudulent account activity.
• Bonus balances that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

six6s offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cricket reload offers, and cashback promotions. All promotional offers are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as specific promotion terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered before real money funds in a user's six6s account.
• Bonuses are issued for personal entertainment use only. Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using promotion funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation — constitutes a prohibited activity under these Terms & Conditions.
• six6s reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds from accounts where abuse is identified.
• Unused bonus credits will expire as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from the user's account without replacement.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a wager on the six6s platform — whether on a cricket market, casino game, live dealer table, or arcade title — you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. six6s does not accept requests to cancel, reduce, or reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of a verified technical error on the part of six6s's system.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — including odds that are significantly and demonstrably incorrect — six6s reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the staked PKR to the user's balance.
• Cricket and sports betting markets are governed by the rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the six6s platform. These rules address match abandonment, Super Overs, player retirements, and other event-specific scenarios.
• All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results are not influenced by preceding outcomes. Each game round is independent.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical game equipment operated by trained studio dealers. six6s does not control the outcome of any physical live dealer game round.
• Where a technical failure interrupts an in-progress game round, six6s will apply the resolution procedure set out in the relevant game provider's rules. Where no such procedure exists, the stake will be returned to the user's six6s balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six6s platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one six6s account, or assisting another person to open an account in circumvention of the single-account rule.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the six6s platform for money laundering, structuring, or any activity intended to conceal the origin of funds.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the six6s platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors and refusing to return funds gained from such exploitation when requested by six6s.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or funding your six6s account using fraudulently obtained funds.
• Attempting to access another user's six6s account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting on any cricket or sports market listed on six6s.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing six6s support staff or other users through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

six6s is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling across all platform products. We recognise that for a small number of users, gambling can become a problem, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered six6s users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your six6s account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-platform alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion from the six6s platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without full self-exclusion.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the six6s platform — including but not limited to the six6s brand name, logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, data, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of six6s or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the six6s platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any six6s content without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the six6s platform.
• Use six6s branding, trademarks, or trade dress in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the six6s platform for any commercial or competitive purpose.

Any unauthorised use of six6s intellectual property is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute an infringement of applicable law, entitling six6s to seek injunctive relief and damages.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6s, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the six6s platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from platform unavailability, technical errors, or connection failures outside six6s's reasonable control.
• Loss or corruption of account data resulting from circumstances beyond six6s's reasonable control.
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your six6s account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content published on the six6s platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional descriptions.

In all cases where six6s is found liable, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total real money PKR deposits you have made to your six6s account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits six6s's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Account Closure and Termination

Closure by User: You may request closure of your six6s account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, six6s will process any pending withdrawal of your real money balance to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Closure by six6s: six6s reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where:

• We have reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is occurring.
• We are required to do so by our licensing authority, a court order, or applicable law.
• We identify activity on the account that we reasonably believe constitutes fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months and the account holds a zero balance.

Where an account is closed by six6s due to verified breach of these Terms & Conditions, any real money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus balances will be forfeited in their entirety upon closure for breach.

13 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

six6s reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, six6s will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the six6s platform itself.

Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of users, or updates required by changes in our licensing obligations — may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the six6s platform following the communication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which six6s holds its gaming licence. By using the six6s platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific wager, casino game outcome, or account transaction, you must first submit a formal complaint to the six6s support team. six6s will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days of receipt.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the six6s internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by six6s's applicable gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available from the six6s support team upon request.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
